PERSONAL STATEMENT:
I have worked as a medical transcriptionist since 1977. I love transcription and take pride in my work. I believe that, while speed and production are of increasingly extreme importance in today’s money-crunch world, the quality of workmanship should not be sacrificed, particularly in the medical field where the accuracy of patient medical information is critical. I am interested in finding long term employment on a part time basis, working from my home as an independent contractor (IC) tele-transcriptionist for a private practice physician or as a transcription team member for a medical clinic with multi-specialty physicians.
