Objective

Obtain medical transcription work to do from my home office. I have been interested in a career in the medical field for sometime and decided on medical transcription.  I have great typing skills and feel I have gained the knowledge through my education to be very successful in medical transcription.

  •    I began as a Transcriptionist and office manager.  After two years, I obtained my state adjuster’s license and handled all lines of claims specializing in bodily injury claims.  Duties included transcription of recorded statements and reports.  After becoming an adjuster, I transcribed all of my statements on my claims and reported to different insurance companies.
      •    I also read and approved all reports for other adjusters before they were submitted to the companies.
